A lot of thing going on to my family, to my friends, to my son, to the little fish, and to me lately. I am having a very very very very very strong anxiety and depression attack. I feel like suffocating, feel like my tummy is so so so so empty.............................. AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH

Modern day sickness " WORRY"

Worry can be classified as the modern day sickness. On the other hand, worry is not the only modern day sickness. Anxiety, obsessive, depression, sadness, guilt, greed, and jealously are all example of modern sickness.

Our modern life is very complicated. The modern technology is forever changing, cases of criminal are increasing, diseases are getting more complicated, current economic is in recession, we are in the edge of killing our earth by global warming, and………………….. all contribute to our modern day sickness.

So, what is going to be our survival strategy? How are we going to cope with the modern day sickness??????

HAVE FAITH IN THE LORD

Let me share a small scripture reading with you, this is one of my favorite scripture
From Matthew 6:25-34

That is why I tell you not to worry about everyday life—whether you have enough food and drink, or enough clothes to wear. Isn’t life more than food, and your body more than clothing? Look at the birds. They don’t plant or harvest or store food in barns, for your heavenly Father feeds them. And aren’t you far more valuable to him than they are? Can all your worries add a single moment to your life?
“And why worry about your clothing? Look at the lilies of the field and how they grow. They don’t work or make their clothing, yet Solomon in all his glory was not dressed as beautifully as they are. And if God cares so wonderfully for wildflowers that are here today and thrown into the fire tomorrow, he will certainly care for you. Why do you have so little faith?
“So don’t worry about these things, saying, ‘What will we eat? What will we drink? What will we wear?’ These things dominate the thoughts of unbelievers, but your heavenly Father already knows all your needs. Seek the Kingdom of God above all else, and live righteously, and he will give you everything you need.
"So don’t worry about tomorrow, for tomorrow will bring its own worries. Today’s trouble is enough for today."

Let us take care of each other and support each other physically, mentally and spiritually.

Blue sky!! Where are you??

Well, we all LOVE the "H" word. H1N1 and now HAZE.......................

As our API hit the 135 mark today, every one in this little town is in a state of panic!! Face mask is getting popular, so popular that it even sold out in most of the pharmacy!!

Haze-H1N1-Haze- H1N1-Haze-H1N1.................................... when are you going to leave us alone?????? GIVE us back out Blue sky and Clean air.

Well, H1N1 get everyone scare over this part of the world. People get sick, very sick, went to hospital, and hospital is "full" (no more bed)...................... they came home, get sicker and sicker and die ....... (for one 6 yrs old boy, at least)

As we go out, people is wearing face mask every where. All kind of masks --> green, blue, white, pink, home made, N95, paper, even some made from tissue and rubber band. Protection? or just plain OCD?

I believe our life belong to HIM. We just have to learn to be a absolute surrender......... He said " Whoever drinks the water i give him will never thirst. Indeed, the water i give him will become in him a spring of water welling up to eternal life." So, to all the girls and boys out there, don't get too scare or too excited about this Virus............... when time come, we will just go back to HIM.

TRUST

Depression

Depression must run in the family. I am pretty sure about it. In our little "crazy" family, we definitely have the depression gene. (ya! blame it to the gene pool)

We all belong to the depression club. In this DC, we have sub-type to cater for different individual with different need. For example, we have depression-anxiety, depression-OCD, short term depression or long term depression. (wah! can't believe there are so many subtype)

Some of us are taking multiple medication to control our craziness but some of us are too stubborn to take the advantage of the modern medicine.

Even though we are "crazy", but we did function well in the society. We all work, some marriage and have kids.................. All these, i have to give thanks to our Heavenly Father, the One created us all.
